House Buyers of America is seeking a skilled Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to remotely buy homes. This role involves following up on leads, valuing properties, negotiating deals, and performing due diligence on acquisitions. You will need to conduct in-person meetings with clients while primarily working remotely.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of sales experience, great communication skills, and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree. The compensation ranges from $140,000 to $220,000 per year and includes base salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers.
