Job summary

BioSource International, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for its water treatment division. You will drive technical sales and build new OEM, distributor, dealer, and private-label accounts while applying project management discipline and CRM usage.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will travel up to 50% to customer sites and trade shows, leveraging AI tools for market research and planning. A strong background in water treatment and proven full-cycle sales are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience in water treatment equipment.
• Proven full-cycle sales and customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead gen to closed deals for OEM, distributor, dealer, and private-label accounts.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline with accurate stages and close dates.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Quality to meet customer needs.
