Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in residential/light commercial water treatment equipment sales with technical knowledge.
• Proven track record in full-cycle sales and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to visit customers and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to proposals for OEM, distributor, dealer, and private-label accounts.
• Maintain an active Salesforce CRM pipeline with accurate stages and close dates.
• Serve as the technical expert for water treatment products and assist with application testing.
• Coordinate requirements and forecasts with cross-functional teams and travel as needed.
