Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills—both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct both virtual and on-site investigations by visiting policyholders' residences to assess property damage, determine liability and negotiate settlements.
• Use claims handling software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates in a paperless environment.
• Evaluate and report on potential subrogation opportunities.
