Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in construction or insurance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual investigations by visiting policyholder homes.
• Assess property damage, determine liability, and write estimates.
• Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders.
