Access is seeking an Events Manager in the Orlando area to drive strategic and hands-on execution of outstanding events. You will collaborate with Sales and Creative teams, manage vendors, budgets, and staff, and ensure seamless client experiences.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, SOW ownership, and the ability to upsell services while maintaining strong gross profit performance. A dynamic, customer-focused and highly organized candidate will thrive.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs.
• Proven success in planning and executing events.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational solutions to clients, always seeking improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage all vendors required for a program.
• Own the Statement of Work, deposit requests, and final invoicing.
• Manage event staff and prep them for events to ensure consistent communication and excellence.
• Upsell services to improve the client experience.
• Own the budget with a goal of achieving gross profit targets.
