Job summary

Just Right! Destination Management in Orlando, operating with a remote-first model, seeks a Senior Creative Manager who independently leads full proposal cycles from concept through delivery, producing polished, logistically sound creative work with minimal direction.

You will mentor Creative Coordinators and stay aligned with brand standards. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations, travel for site visits as needed, and contribute to future standards while ensuring proposals

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a creative role, ideally within a DMC environment, with a strong record of independently managing full proposal or project cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to produce polished, client-ready creative work with minimal oversight and revision.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced creative thinking and design execution.

Responsibilities

• Develops high-quality, high-volume creative proposals, concepts, and themes from intake through final delivery.
• Produces polished mood boards, visual assets, and presentation materials reflecting client goals and JRDM’s brand standards.
• Applies strong creative judgment to translate client objectives into feasible event designs with minimal direction.
• Broadens creative scope to include customized tours and activities in addition to décor and event concepts.
• Maintains organized assets and ensures proposal deadlines are met.
