Allstate Corporation's subsidiary National General is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting client relationships in the local market. The role blends in-person and phone-based selling with community engagement.

You will establish a robust pipeline, prospect locally, and collaborate with leadership on sales and local marketing efforts, while staying current on products and underwriting guidelines.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
