Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; may be substituted with 60 credit hours and 3 years of qualifying experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; accurate data entry and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility for WIOA services and inform participants.
• Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop employment plans.
• Provide case management and coordinate supportive services (childcare, transportation).
• Maintain confidential participant records and document in TWIST/WIT.
• Follow up with providers and participants to monitor progress.
