Job summary

Southwest Key Programs in Texas seeks a Career Coach to serve adults and dislocated workers under WIOA. You will handle eligibility, assessments, and develop employment plans while providing case management.

You will coordinate supportive services such as childcare and transportation, monitor progress, maintain confidentiality, and support participants toward self-sufficiency with careful data entry in TWIST/WIT systems. Some travel and remote responsiveness are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, plus a minimum one year in case management or customer service; may be substituted with 60 credit hours with 3 years full-time qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility for WIOA services.
• Conduct assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and track employment plans and provide case management for each client.
• Coordinate supportive services such as childcare and transportation to eligible customers.
• Conduct follow-up with supportive services providers and clients via phone, mail, home visits, etc.
