Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist job seekers in developing WIT applications and recording qualifications.
• Review WIT applications for completeness and quality; provide technical assistance.
• Refer applicants to suitable employment and maintain WIT data.
• Provide employment counseling for placement challenges.
• Interview clients and use assessment tools to explore career opportunities.
• Disseminate labor market information and support center orientations.
• Provide backup coverage for the Front Desk; monitor customer flow.
• Able to react to change and work remotely as needed.
