Job summary

Avalere Health is looking for an Associate Project Manager to guide low- to mid-complexity projects for client accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy and Technology to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes client communication, risk mitigation, and efficient project planning, with hybrid/remote options and a strong focus on delivering revenue milestones.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience; agency/pharma setting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for client for low/mid complexity work in motion at the agency.
• Support client direction and manage expectations.
• Create and manage project timelines and resource assignments.
• Lead scoping and estimation of low/mid complexity work.
• Monitor budgets and financial processes; communicate status/risks to client.
• Coordinate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy and Technology to drive project success.
