Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Medical Project Manager to oversee accounts and projects, ensuring delivery on budget and on schedule. You will coordinate with support agencies, manage timelines, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members.

You will work with cross-functional teams, applying solid project management practices, financial reporting, and effective communication to drive success for our clients and accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management within a Medical Communications agency.
• Experience working on a global med affairs account is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smaller accounts and standard projects independently; assist with larger, complex accounts.
• Coordinate with support agencies, drive project timelines, and address concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams; mentor junior staff.
