Job summary

Avalere Health Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead low/mid complexity projects across client accounts. You will partner with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy and Technology to plan, execute and deliver high-quality work while managing budgets and client expectations.

You will support scoping, estimation, and financial processes, and act as the main client contact for active workstreams, ensuring timely, effective communication and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Own low/mid complexity projects across client accounts with agency partners.
• Plan projects, align staff, and mitigate risks to deliver results.
• Develop and monitor budgets, pricing, and billing processes.
• Serve as main client contact for active scopes and expectations.
• Coordinate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy and Technology teams.
• Lead meetings, define timelines, and assign resources.
