Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in a Medical Communications agency.
• Experience on a global medical affairs account is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smaller accounts and standard projects independently, assist with larger accounts.
• Understand key business and brand objectives and therapy area knowledge.
• Support project finances, address out-of-scope issues and suggest actions.
• Maintain regular updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive timelines and act as a central information hub.
• Coordinate resource allocation and staff projects across teams.
• Identify opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Mentor junior project staff and participate in debriefs.
