Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) years of proven project management experience.
• PM experience in product or program development.
• Proficient business analysis skills.
• Proficient knowledge of PM software such as MS Project or Adobe Workfront.
• Ability to lead and influence without authority.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% local and overnight stay

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, execution, reporting, and delivery of projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, processes, and timelines.
• Ensure products or programs are delivered on time, within cost and quality.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables; produce reports and dashboards.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and regular communication with stakeholders.
• Forecast risks and propose mitigations.
• Utilize project management tools like MS Project and Visio.
