Job summary

Avalere Health in Washington, DC, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of pharmaceutical accounts. You will own the project plan from inception to delivery, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with client needs.

• 2–5 years project or account management experience in Pharma agency environment.
• Experience with timeline development and budget management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create Scope of Work (SOW).
• Develop project plans with staff forecasts and allocate resources.
• Manage workflow and timelines to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Estimate schedules and budgets; flag concerns to course correct.
• Lead project kick-off meetings with the team and client as needed.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams to define requirements.
• Monitor risks and issues; escalate to maintain momentum.
• Track finances and report variances to stakeholders.
• Provide performance input to team members.
