Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, set your own schedule, and collaborate within a multi-specialty care model with medical providers and therapists to ensure cohesive, holistic care.

You will receive structured menopause care training, access to an evidence-based clinical library, and mentorship from clinical peers from day one.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/N by the CDR, with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan and outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support lifestyle changes and well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and related concerns.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to privacy and compliance standards.
