Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct one-on-one video visits, work with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic health and wellbeing.

We offer autonomy over your schedule, mentorship, and training in peri-/menopause care, with a 1099 independent contractor arrangement and comprehensive documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• National certification as an RD/RDN with a state license.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over multi-week program formats to drive lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; uphold privacy/compliance.
