Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while joining a multi-specialty care model with a dedicated medical provider and therapist to deliver cohesive care.

As part of Pomelo, you will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with licensure in at least one US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Available for at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, EMR, and video visits.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for nutrition care during midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to create holistic plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs for lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards on Pomelo platform.
