Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while joining a multi-specialty care model that includes a dedicated medical provider and a therapist.

As part of Pomelo, you will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a care team, and support patients through multi-week programs with evidence-based nutrition therapy.

Qualifikationen

• Nationally certified RD/RDN with an active US license.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Engage patients in multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone and gut health.
