Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a dedicated medical provider and therapist, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on sustainable lifestyle changes.

You will provide evidence-based nutrition therapy addressing metabolic health, bone and gut health, while maintaining compliant documentation

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan and better patient outcomes.
• Manage a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes and improved well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy, clinical, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
