Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for midlife and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while joining a multi-specialty team dedicated to holistic care delivered via telehealth.

You will conduct video visits, collaborate with medical providers and therapists, and manage care plans for patients across several weeks, focusing on metabolic health and bone/gut health.

Qualifikationen

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/N by the Commission on Dietetic Registration with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are highly encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Aufgaben

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive, holistic care plan that drives superior patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes, manage symptoms, and enhance overall well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition changes, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
