Raintree Systems in the United States is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to guide clients through setup, configuration, and optimization of the Raintree platform. You will oversee client implementations, coordinate with billing and IT teams, and ensure data conversion and EDI/clearinghouse integrations are executed smoothly.

Qualificações

• Experience in at least 2 of: Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing Software, Implementations, Product/Project Management, Training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST) and Medicare Part B rules.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead the setup, testing, and onboarding of electronic claim submission, remittance, and EDI/clearinghouse integrations.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers.
• Ensure milestones and client satisfaction.
