Raintree Systems is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to remotely support clients across designated U.S. states.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR).
• Strong understanding of clearinghouse operations, electronic claim formats, ERAs, eligibility and claim scrubbers.
• Familiarity with PT/OT/ST therapy billing requirements, Medicare Part B rules, modifiers, cap limits, and authorization tracking.
• A Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Web-based or classroom training/coaching experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical billing, EMR/EHR systems, and scheduling software.
• Experience in a medical office, billing office, customer service, IT, or support desk is a plus.
• MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace proficiency.
• Ability to lead clients through complex financial and technical processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application focusing on revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, fee schedules, payer setups, and charge capture for optimal AR metrics.
• Lead setup, configuration, and testing of electronic claim submission, ERA, eligibility verification, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Partner with clearinghouse and payer enrollment teams for smooth EDI, EFT, and ERA connections.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of scheduling through final claim submission.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on key product milestones and reporting.
• Serve as a direct client contact during implementation and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines.
• Follow project plans, manage scope, and escalate to project managers as needed.
• Hand off to Client Support after implementation and assist Sales in hand-off of new clients.
• Perform other duties as needed.
