Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management. This fully remote role supports U.S.

clients, managing end-to-end RCM setup across billing, claims, and denials. You will train clients, coordinate with payers, and ensure successful implementation milestones. Ideal candidates have 2+ areas of RCM/medical billing experience and strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and clearinghouse workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or medical billing operations.
• Direct experience with billing workflows (claim submission, posting, denial mgmt).
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations and ERAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation process for assigned clients.
• Configure Raintree for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission and remittance.
• Coordinate EDI/EFT/ERA connections with payers and clearinghouses.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers.
• Communicate progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Handle client escalations and project scope changes.
