Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This fully remote role supports clients across designated states, managing end-to-end implementation of Raintree’s RCM and billing workflows.

You will lead configuration, testing, and onboarding, coordinating with payers and clearinghouses. The ideal candidate has hands-on medical billing experience, familiarity with PT/OT/ST workflows, and strong client-facing communication to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing workflows (charge entry, submission, posting, denial management).
• Understanding of payer setups, fee schedules, and AR management.
• Ability to guide clients through clinical-to-billing handoffs and testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation for new/existing clients.
• Configure Raintree modules focusing on revenue cycle and clinical workflows.
• Coordinate EDI/clearinghouse onboarding and testing.
