Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our all-remote Professional Services team.

You will manage client implementations, align billing and clinical workflows, and optimize Raintree’s RCM modules for efficiency and accuracy across diverse therapy practices. The role offers a remote-first environment with opportunities to collaborate across states, travel minimally if needed, and grow your expertise in healthcare IT

Qualifications

• Experience in at least 2 areas: RCM, medical billing software, implementations, PM, or training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and AR management.
• Understanding of clearinghouse operations and ERA/electronic claim formats.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submissions and EFTs.
• Coordinate with clearinghouses and payer enrollment teams.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers.
• Manage client escalations and ensure milestones.
• Communicate progress weekly with the client.
