Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking a remote Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. The role supports healthcare organizations by guiding setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree’s RCM, billing, and clearinghouse workflows.

You will manage client projects, document requirements, and drive successful implementations. You will coordinate with payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams to ensure accurate data conversions, EFT/EDI

Qualifications

• Experience in at least two of: RCM, medical billing software, implementations, product/project management, training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Clear understanding of clearinghouse operations and ERAs (electronic remittance advice).
• Therapy billing familiarity (PT/OT/ST) a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Web-based or classroom training experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software.
• Work experience in medical office or billing office environments is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementation.
• Configure Raintree app for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations and payer setups to optimize clean claim rates.
• Lead setup, testing, and integration of electronic claim submission and remittance.
• Coordinate EDI, EFT, and ERA connections with clearinghouses and payers.
• Direct end-to-end testing from scheduling to final claim submission.
• Train client billing teams on product learning milestones and reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and escalate as needed.
• Ensure milestones are met and timelines followed.
• Assist in developing new workflow plans and data conversion activities.
• Provide progress updates to clients weekly or as agreed.
