Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management to join our Professional Services team.

This fully remote role supports clients nationwide, guiding setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree’s billing and EDI workflows. You will manage end-to-end implementations, configure workflows for clean claims, lead testing, and train client billing teams to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2+ areas of experience in RC M / medical billing, implementations, project management or training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows, RC M operations, denials, and AR.
• Familiarity with therapy billing requirements (PT/OT/ST) and Part B rules.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Web-based or classroom training/coaching experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and scheduling software required.

Mansioni

• Oversee implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree modules for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations to optimize clean claim rates.
• Lead setup, testing of electronic claim submissions and ERAs.
• Coordinate with clearinghouses and payer enrollment teams.
• End-to-end testing of clinical-to-billing handoffs and reporting.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage escalations.
• Ensure milestones are met and data conversion timelines followed.
• Support sales during hand-offs and ensure client satisfaction.
