Job summary

Raintree Systems, a leading AI-powered EMR and practice management provider, is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our remote team. You will manage client implementations, optimize billing workflows, and guide customers through EDI, EFT, and ERA setups.

The role requires experience with medical billing, payer setups, and clearinghouse integrations; you will train client billing teams, coordinate data conversions, and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Familiarity with clearinghouse operations and electronic claim formats.
• Knowledge of therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST).
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead testing of claim submissions, remittance, and EFT/ERA integrations.
• Coordinate data conversions, interfaces, and EDI timelines.
• Train billing teams and support client success throughout go-live.
