Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to guide client deployments for our AI-powered EMR and practice management platform.

You will manage client onboarding, configure billing/workflow features, and lead testing to ensure clean claim rates. Role requires deep knowledge of medical billing, payer setups, and EDI integrations, with strong communication and project management skills.

Competenze

• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR).
• Solid understanding of clearinghouse operations, electronic claim formats, ERAs, eligibility and claim scrubs.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead end-to-end testing of clinical-to-billing handoffs and claim submission processes.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on product learning milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines and expectations.
• Support sales team in hand-off of new clients.
