Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to collect and resolve claims, improve denials, and optimize days sales outstanding. You will work with insurers and patients, review EOBs/RAs, and apply payor requirements to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
• High School Diploma with billing/training in pharmacy or medical billing.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect balances.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and reduce DSO.
• Identify payor requirements and submit appeals as needed.
• Document activity and maintain accurate account records.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and other departments.
• Explain costs to patients prior to therapy.
• Support training materials for RCM improvements.
