Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Claims Billing Specialist to help collect revenues and reduce denials. You will work with insurers and patients, review EOBs and RAs, and use payer portals to drive timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of infusion billing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The role offers comprehensive benefits and room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience.
• High School Diploma and specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.
• Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
• Detail oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances.
• Analyze denials and identify trends for process improvements.
• Identify payor requirements for submittal of appeals and submit them.
• Communicate status to franchise partners and other departments.
• Document case activity and schedule follow-ups in the system.
• Investigate and verify benefits for pharmacy and medical third-party claims.
• Explain financial obligations to patients prior to therapy.
• Support training materials and procedures for the RCM team.
