Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking an experienced billing specialist to manage home infusion claims and collections. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and reducing denials while identifying revenue opportunities and improving cash flow.

The position is fully remote, with responsibilities spanning payer communication, documentation, and process improvements to support the RCM team. Experience in home infusion billing is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication for patients, payers, and colleagues.
• Proven billing and collection processes across payers to reduce denials.
• Ability to review documentation, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.

• Review claims with balances and take actions to collect revenues from insurers and patients.
• Follow up via payer portals and communicate with stakeholders to resolve accounts.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare and submit appeals per payer requirements and company processes.
• Document activity in the system and schedule timely follow-ups.
