Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to process medical claims with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. You will work to reduce denial rate, DSO, and bad debt while handling revenue cycle duties in a compliant manner.

The role is 100% remote with responsibilities including submitting claims to payers, resolving rejections, and maintaining ready-to-bill delivery tickets. Strong English communication and remote-work discipline are essential.

Formación

• Excellent communications skills in English with patients, caregivers, payers.
• Strong billing and collections process knowledge.
• Attention to detail and ability to work remotely.
• Proficient in MS Office and pharmacy applications.
• Ability to analyze documentation and act on gaps.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party claims promptly to maximize reimbursement.
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to enable successful future submissions.
• Maintain ready-to-bill tickets and update statuses for communication within RCM and franchises.
• Document activities in CareTend to ensure accuracy of account records.
• Contribute billing expertise to training materials and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
