Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion claims collector to manage outstanding balances, follow up with insurers and patients, and optimize revenue cycle performance. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to processes to reduce denial rate, DSO, and bad debt.

The position is 100% remote in the United States with a focus on building enduring relationships, reviewing EOBs/RAs, and submitting appeals when required, while ensuring compliant billing practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including listening, speaking, writing in English.
• Proven ability to identify gaps, make decisions, and take corrective action.
• Strong organization and record-keeping for case activity and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and pursue revenue collection with insurers and patients.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce DSO and bad debt.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and other departments to resolve payer issues.
• Document activity and schedule required follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
