Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing specialist to collect claims, reduce denials, and improve cash flow. You will work with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances, reviewing EOBs and RAs, and handling appeals per payer requirements.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of home infusion billing/collections experience, a high school diploma, and training in pharmacy/medical billing. This is a full-time remote role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, listening, speaking and writing in English.
• Proven billing and collection process knowledge with payers of all types.
• Detail oriented with adherence to processes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect balances.
• Utilize payer portals for claim disposition.
• Analyze denials and identify trends to improve DSO and collection rates.
• Identify payor requirements for appeals and submit documentation.
• Communicate status of collections with franchise partners and other departments.
• Document activity and schedule follow-ups in the system.
