Job summary

Spectrum Billing Solutions is seeking an RCM Client Success Lead to guide client relationships and implementations. The role supports remote or hybrid work, enabling collaboration with our RCM specialists to optimize client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in client management within healthcare/RCM, strong communication, and the ability to deliver results in a deadline-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of client relationship management experience.
• 1–3 years of Healthcare/RCM experience.
• ABA or other Behavioral Healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented and delivers high-quality work.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Assist with new client implementations.
• Collaborate with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
• Partner with clients and coordinate with team members.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in meetings with new and existing clients.
• Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
