Job summary

Spectrum Billing Solutions is seeking an RCM Client Success Lead to support healthcare clients. This role is fully remote or office/home hybrid, focusing on client communications, implementations, and collaboration with the RCM team to optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in client relationships and healthcare/RCM, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client relationship management experience.
• 1-3 years of Healthcare and/or RCM experience.
• Experience in ABA or other Behavioral Healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with deadline-oriented focus and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
