Job summary

Spectrum Billing Solutions is a leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) provider seeking a Client Success Manager to help healthcare clients achieve success. The role supports remote work with hybrid office/home options and partners with industry experts in a growth-focused culture.

You will nurture client relationships, coordinate with the RCM team, and drive adoption of our services while identifying opportunities for improvement and revenue growth for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
• Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and delivers quality work.

Responsibilities

• Foster and develop strong client relationships.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
• Collaborate with internal RCM team.
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
• Act as client partner and liaison across teams.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage new client implementations.
• Attend company-wide and team meetings.
• Contribute to marketing and business development strategy.
