Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager to own strategy, roadmaps, and partner relationships for rater platforms and large agencies. You will drive live connections onto the Gateway API, coordinate migrations, and align with Sales, Underwriting, and Distribution for growth.

You will act as the technical bridge to our teams, ensure timing and data quality, and define governance with measurable KPIs to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or partner management experience in technical and business contexts.
• Direct experience with comparative rater platforms and launching products.
• Experience with API gateway or system migrations to centralized APIs.
• Proven ability to triage, prioritize, and resolve external escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with senior leadership exposure.
• Insurance industry experience (P&C, agency distribution) required.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and drive execution for new products, states, and brands on rater platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for all integration issues and migrations across teams.
• Migrate integrations from point-to-point to Gateway API with sequencing by impact.
• Translate roadmaps into scoped engineering work with product and API teams.
• Coordinate with Distribution to align launch timing and minimize disruption.
• Build governance, KPIs, and reporting for leadership on progress and risk.
• Audit data mapping to fix mis-mapped fields affecting discounts.
