Job summary

Porch Group in the United States is seeking a Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager. The role drives the strategy, roadmap, and partner relationships for how comparative rating platforms and large agencies connect into our business, and ensures new products, states, and brands go live quickly on the Gateway API.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, distribution, underwriting, and sales, acting as the technical bridge to agents and partner companies and tracking KPIs like

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and drive execution for getting new products, states, and brands live on comparative rater platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all rater and direct-agency integration issues, escalations, and migration requests.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for migrating raters and large integrated agencies to the Gateway API, sequencing by impact and readiness.
• Translate roadmaps into scoped engineering work with product and engineering partners.
• Coordinate with Distribution leaders to align launch timing and minimize disruption.
• Run regular relationship touchpoints with rater partners to surface issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Represent the team in National Partner calls to ensure the best rate is displayed to agents.
• Define and track KPIs such as time-to-live, migration velocity, and integration uptime.
