Job summary

Porch Group seeks a Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager to own strategy and execution for connecting rater platforms (EZLynx, PL Rater, Bolt) and large agencies to our Gateway API. You will drive migrations, guide cross-functional teams, and partner with Sales/Distribution to maximize eligible discounts and new business growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in technical/business domains.
• Experience with comparative rater platforms and launching new products, states, or carriers.
• Experience with agency connectivity, API gateway, or system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and drive execution for new products, states, and brands on rater platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for rater/direct-agency integration issues and escalations.
• Migrate point-to-point integrations onto Gateway API and sequence migrations by impact and readiness.
• Collaborate with API Product Manager and Engineering Manager to translate roadmaps into scoped work.
• Coordinate with Distribution to align timing and minimize disruption to active business.
• Run regular relationship touchpoints with rater partners and agencies and surface pain points.
