Orion180 is seeking a Product Manager - Comparative Rater to guide decisions, vet new comparative raters, and drive API work. You’ll collaborate with portfolio managers to draft business requirements and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced insurance technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.
• 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify raters needing enhancements and manage change delivery.
• Lead project timelines and delivery milestones for related initiatives.
• Ensure defaults are properly set for rater configurations.
• Create and oversee project timelines and milestones for related initiatives.
• Ensure accurate cross-departmental communications regarding new raters and changes.
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate as needed.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
