Amgen Rare Disease Key Account Manager – Neurology for Delta South seeks a dynamic field leader to strengthen patient access and accelerate treatment strategies across health systems and clinics.

You will build strategic account plans, address contracting and reimbursement barriers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize diagnosis-to-treatment workflows, with significant travel. The role offers a competitive US salary and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Master’s degree and 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• High School diploma/GED and 12 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience

Responsibilities

• Identify access, operational, economic barriers affecting therapy utilization in assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities and workflow.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with clinical, administrative and finance stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and adapt priorities while ensuring compliant delivery.
• Strengthen site readiness and optimize buy-and-bill processes across sites of care.
