Amgen Inc. is seeking a Rare Disease Key Account Manager in the Newark area to shorten diagnosis times and accelerate patient access to therapies.

You will partner with health systems, clinics, and infusion centers to unlock barriers and improve patient and provider experiences across the care journey. In this role you will lead contracting, coordinate with market access teams, and optimize site-of-care operations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree with relevant sales/account management experience.
• Experience working with complex provider accounts, IDNs, or health systems.
• Understanding of reimbursement, contracting, and site-of-care dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account plans to optimize patient access and treatment timelines.
• Lead contracting opportunities and coordinate internal approvals for favorable terms.
• Evaluate buy-and-bill workflows and improve reimbursement readiness at sites of care.
• Coordinate field execution with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor performance against objectives and maintain accurate account documentation.
