Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Rare Disease Key Account Manager for the Southwest region to advance patient access and accelerate diagnosis and treatment across assigned health systems and clinics.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape account strategies, optimize buy-and-bill processes, and collaborate with market access, pricing, and analytics to remove barriers and strengthen site readiness for Rare Disease therapies.

Qualifications

• Proactively assess account environment to identify access and operational barriers.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities.
• Build stakeholder maps and engage clinical leaders and administrators.
• Translate account data into opportunity hypotheses and action plans.
• Lead buy-and-bill optimization and site enablement initiatives.
• Coordinate field execution with cross-functional teams.
