Job summary

GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive rail and transit connectivity solutions across the Eastern United States, with travel to customer sites and trade shows. The role emphasizes technical guidance, OEM engagement, and strategic account management.

You will manage wayside cable systems and rail-specific assemblies, partnering with sourcing, engineering, and operations to deliver optimized solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales or sales management
• Rail & transit market experience preferred
• Proven experience engaging with engineers, technical buyers, and OEM project teams
• Territory development and consultative sales success

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within a defined geographic region by managing OEMs, engineers, purchasers, and end users
• Serve as primary contact for project-based and contract-based business including wayside cable systems
• Lead technical discussions on product specs and tailored rail solutions
• Support bid activities and coordinate public procurement submissions
• Maintain pipeline in Salesforce and provide territory reports
