Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience including quantum computing and cryptography.
• Expertise in quantum algorithms and information theory.
• Experience with quantum programming languages/frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper, MS QDK).
• Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography and NIST PQC standards.
• U.S. Citizenship required; able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test cryptographic algorithms in Python, C++, and Java.
• Advise on PQC migration and PQC implementation strategies.
• Assess cryptographic inventory and migration priorities.
• Communicate quantum risk to non-technical leadership.
• Provide policy inputs for cryptographic modernization in line with standards.
